Pikkal & Co - Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy
This policy prohibits the advertising of podcastguesting.pro and podcastguestingpro.com by unsolicited bulk email. It sets out what our outreach is, how to opt out of it, where our contact details come from, and how to report a message that breaches this policy.
It sits alongside our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions, and the three are intended to be read together.
Updated date: 8 September 2026
Pikkal & Co, trading as Podcast Guesting Pro ("we", "us", "our"), operates podcastguesting.pro and podcastguestingpro.com and provides podcast guest outreach and booking services.
This policy binds our staff, contractors, agencies, affiliates, referral partners, resellers and anyone else who sends email that mentions, links to or promotes our websites, our brand or our service. It also binds our clients when we send outreach on their behalf.
We prohibit the advertising or promotion of podcastguesting.pro, podcastguestingpro.com, Podcast Guesting Pro or Pikkal & Co by unsolicited bulk email, and by unsolicited bulk messaging of any other kind.
We do not send unsolicited bulk email, and we do not authorise, engage, pay, reward or permit any person or company to send it on our behalf. This applies without exception to affiliates, referral partners, contractors, agencies, resellers, lead vendors and any other third party.
Specifically, the following are prohibited:
We take the same view of messages that promote our sites indirectly, for example by using a redirect, a shortener or an intermediate page that leads to podcastguesting.pro or podcastguestingpro.com. A message we would not send directly is not permitted through a redirect.
We are honest about what we do send, because a policy that overclaims is worth nothing.
Our business is pitching our clients as guests on podcasts. To do that we write to podcast hosts, producers and show representatives about a specific guest for a specific show. Most of those people have not asked us to write to them first, so in the ordinary meaning of the word our first message is unsolicited. It is not bulk email, and it is not the advertising of our website.
Every outreach message we send meets all of the following:
We do not send our clients' pitches to general distribution lists, we do not blast a template to everyone in a category, and we do not use our outreach to advertise the website itself.
Every message we send carries a working unsubscribe link or a plain instruction to reply and tell us to stop. Both work. A reply asking us to stop is enough, and no particular wording is needed.
When someone asks to stop, we stop immediately and permanently. The address is suppressed across our systems, and it stays suppressed for future campaigns and for other clients, not only for the message that prompted the request. We do not require a reason, we do not ask the person to confirm twice, and we do not send a follow-up sequence after an opt-out.
If you have asked us to stop and heard from us again, tell us at hello@pikkal.com and we will treat it as an abuse complaint under Section 6.
We do not buy, rent, sell, trade, scrape or harvest email address lists, and we do not accept work from anyone who does.
Contact details for podcast hosts and producers come from public and published sources, such as a show's own website, its published contact or booking page, its podcast feed, its listing on a podcast directory, or the contact route the show itself asks people to use. Where a show publishes a preferred way to be approached, we use it.
Marketing email about our own service goes only to people who asked for it, for example by requesting a guide or opting in on our site. That consent can be withdrawn at any time, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
If you have received a message that promotes our sites or brand and you believe it breaches this policy, report it to hello@pikkal.com. Reports can also be sent to graham@pikkal.com, which reaches the company directly.
Please include the full message with its complete headers, and the address it was sent to. Headers are what let us identify the sender, so a report without them is much harder to act on.
We aim to acknowledge abuse reports within two business days and to complete our investigation within ten business days. We will tell the reporter what we found and what we did.
Where we find a breach of this policy, we act. Depending on what happened, that means:
Anyone who sends unsolicited bulk email promoting our sites is doing so without our permission and against this policy. We disclaim any benefit from it and we will help have it stopped.
Questions about this policy, and abuse reports: hello@pikkal.com or graham@pikkal.com.
Postal address: 415 High Street, Stratford, London E15 4QZ, United Kingdom.
We may update this policy. The updated version takes effect when we publish it here and we will change the date shown above.
