Pikkal & Co - Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect through podcastguesting.pro and the podcast booking service, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors, enquirers and clients.
Our Terms and Conditions govern the Service itself. Where the two documents overlap - for example on delivery records and retention - they are intended to be read together.
Updated date: 2 August 2026
Pikkal & Co, trading as Podcast Guesting Pro ("we", "us", "our"), operates podcastguesting.pro and provides podcast guest outreach and booking services. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
Postal address: 415 High Street, Stratford, London E15 4QZ, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights in Section 7, email hello@pikkal.com.
When you book a call, apply, download a guide, use the Podcast Finder, or contact us, we collect the details you submit. Depending on the form, that can include:
If you become a client, we also process the material that makes up your Media Profile: biography, headshot or photograph, talking points, credentials, availability, travel and time zone information, host correspondence, and your responses to Booking Options.
When you visit the site we may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits and the card brand. We never see or store full card numbers.
We use personal data for the following purposes:
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
We share personal data only where it is needed to run the Service:
Each provider acts on our instructions under a written agreement and may only use the data to provide their service to us.
We operate from Singapore and the United Kingdom, and our service providers and the podcast hosts we pitch to are located worldwide. Your personal data will therefore be transferred outside your country of residence.
Where data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses with the recipient. Where the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act applies, we take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection.
We delete or anonymise personal data once these periods pass, unless we need to keep it to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal data:
Email hello@pikkal.com to exercise any of these. We will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Commission.
Withdrawing consent to use your name, likeness and Media Profile will stop future outreach, but we cannot recall pitches already sent or content a host has already published.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your progress through forms, and measure which pages are used.
Some pages embed video from YouTube. When a video loads, the provider may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. That processing is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop parts of the site, such as the booking flow, from working properly.
The site is served over HTTPS, access to client records is restricted to the people who need it, and our providers are chosen for their security posture. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a breach affects your personal data and is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
The Service is business-to-business and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version takes effect when we publish it here, and we will change the date below. Where a change is material, we will tell you by email or platform notice.
Questions about this policy, or about how we handle your data: hello@pikkal.com.
This policy sits alongside our Terms and Conditions, which govern the Service itself.
